When you click on Shortcuts in the navbar, your shortcuts menu will appear.

You can add and remove shortcuts as you please depending on the current task at hand.

For example if you are currently working on a landing page and are continually swapping between pages and custom blocks, you can go to the Maintain Custom Blocks page and click on the Add shortcut icon   and voila it will appear on your menu.

If you no longer want that particular item on your shortcut menu you can click on the short cut icon again. It will give you a confirmation screen to remove the item from your shortcuts, press Enter and it will now be gone.

The shortcut icon can be found on the top right hand side of your screen. If you do not see the shortcut icon click here and we will turn this feature on for you.

Warning:

Be careful not to delete the default shortcuts as you won't be able to access those pages anymore.

The shortcuts you add are the ones below Logout and can be safely removed.

Did you know that you can create your blog articles in advance and then set a date and time that the article will be published?

To schedule publishing/unpublishing of an article do the following:

• edit the article
• scroll down to the bottom of the page
• click on the scheduling options tab
• enter date and time
• click save

If your edit window gets too small click on the maximise icon which will give you a full screen to work in. Then click on it again when you're done to come out of full screen mode so you can save your work.

If you have added some styling to your text but it's not looking how you want it to look you can remove the styling by highlighting the text and clicking on the Remove Format button .
